Registering a .fj or .com.fj Domain Print

  • 0

.fj and .com.fj domains are Fiji country code domains managed by the University of the South Pacific (USP). These cannot be registered through Cloud679 — you must register them via the USP portal, then point them to Cloud679 for hosting.

Step 1 — Register Your Domain at USP

  1. Go to the USP domain registration portal at https://www.domains.fj
  2. Search for your desired .fj or .com.fj domain name
  3. Complete the registration and pay the registration fee to USP

Step 2 — Point Your Domain to Cloud679

  1. Log into the USP domain management portal
  2. Find the DNS or Nameserver settings for your domain
  3. Set the nameservers to:
Nameserver 1: ns1.cloud679.com
Nameserver 2: ns2.cloud679.com
  1. Save the changes
  2. Wait up to 48 hours for DNS propagation
  3. Your .fj domain will now point to your Cloud679 hosting
⚠️ Cloud679 handles the hosting — USP handles the domain registration. For help with the USP portal, contact USP support directly.
